MY NAME IS JOHN BLAIR 

Currently the Worship Pastor at Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez, GA, and serve on the Music & Worship Team for the Georgia Baptist Mission Board as the East-Central Region Worship Consultant.  Leading worship for over twenty years, serving local churches of small to large congregations in six states, and serving on the mission fields

in over twenty-six countries this blog is an honest and raw reflection of my heart and maybe a help for others.  I have developed a sincere desire to help invest, grow, and develop worshippers.   Worship leading and the life of a worshipper are much more than what happens in front of others.  The call, heart, conversations, grind, and highs and lows come beyond what people see publicly. 

What this site is are the reflections of a fellow servant and worshipper that has been walking in that call and still learning.  This site is raw in content, with the potential for you to agree with or disagree with no desire for an offense.  However, it’s an honest look and desire to be real in the life of this worship leader.
